1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Meraki Aesthetics is a UK-based aesthetics business providing non-surgical cosmetic and skincare treatments.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we”, “our”, and “us” refer to Meraki Aesthetics.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the client or website user.

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will take immediate effect once published on this page.

2. APPOINTMENTS & CONSULTATIONS

  • All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Proof of ID may be required.

  • A consultation may be required before certain treatments to ensure suitability and safety.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if, in our professional opinion, it would be unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.

  • Please disclose all relevant medical information and medications prior to treatment.

3. DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are deducted from the total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

  • Payments can be made via debit card, credit card, or Clearpay (subject to Clearpay’s own terms and eligibility checks).

  • Full payment must be made before or at the time of your treatment.

4. CLEARPAY PURCHASES

  • Clearpay allows you to pay in instalments. Using Clearpay is subject to their approval and separate terms of service, which you can view at www.clearpay.co.uk/en-GB/terms-of-service.

  • Meraki Aesthetics is not responsible for any Clearpay credit agreements or payment issues once processed through their platform.

5. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

  • At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (“no-shows”), will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Deposits and payments are non-refundable, except where we cancel or cannot proceed with your appointment for reasons beyond your control.

  • Refunds are not available for completed treatments due to the nature of aesthetic procedures and individual results varying.

  • Any concerns or issues following your treatment must be raised within 7 days.

6. GIFT VOUCHERS & OFFERS

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 12 months of purchase.

  • Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time.

7. RESULTS & AFTERCARE

  • Results vary from person to person. No guarantee can be made regarding the exact outcome of any treatment.

  • You agree to follow all aftercare advice provided to maximise results and minimise risk.

  • Photos may be taken (with your consent) for medical record purposes and/or marketing.

8. LIABILITY

  • While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and safety, Meraki Aesthetics accepts no responsibility for adverse reactions or complications beyond our control.

  • By proceeding with treatment, you confirm you understand and accept the associated risks.

9. WEBSITE & CONTENT

  • All content, images, and materials on this website are the property of Meraki Aesthetics and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

  • We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues on this site or any linked platforms.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

  • Your privacy matters to us. Personal information is handled securely and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
