REFUND POLICY

1. DEPOSITS

  • All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

  • If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.

2. REFUNDS FOR TREATMENTS

  • Refunds are not available for completed treatments, as results vary from person to person.

  • Aesthetic procedures are not guaranteed due to individual responses, healing, and lifestyle factors.

  • If you experience an adverse reaction or are concerned about your results, please contact us within 7 days of treatment. We will review your case and advise whether a follow-up or complimentary review is appropriate.

3. REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS

  • Skincare and retail products purchased in-clinic or online are non-refundable once opened or used.

  • If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or credit.

4. CANCELLATIONS BY MERAKI AESTHETICS

  • In the rare event we need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of:

  • Rebooking at a new date/time, or

  • A full refund of your deposit/payment.

5. CLEARPAY TRANSACTIONS

  • Clearpay purchases are bound by Clearpay’s own refund and payment terms.
    If a refund is approved by Meraki Aesthetics, it will be processed through Clearpay in line with their procedures.
