REFUND POLICY
1. DEPOSITS

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, or fail to attend, your deposit will be forfeited.
2. REFUNDS FOR TREATMENTS

Refunds are not available for completed treatments, as results vary from person to person.

Aesthetic procedures are not guaranteed due to individual responses, healing, and lifestyle factors.

If you experience an adverse reaction or are concerned about your results, please contact us within 7 days of treatment. We will review your case and advise whether a follow-up or complimentary review is appropriate.
3. REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS

Skincare and retail products purchased in-clinic or online are non-refundable once opened or used.

If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or credit.
4. CANCELLATIONS BY MERAKI AESTHETICS

In the rare event we need to cancel your appointment, you will be offered the choice of:

Rebooking at a new date/time, or
-
A full refund of your deposit/payment.
5. CLEARPAY TRANSACTIONS

Clearpay purchases are bound by Clearpay’s own refund and payment terms.
If a refund is approved by Meraki Aesthetics, it will be processed through Clearpay in line with their procedures.
